Isett Heritage Museum welcomes individuals, organizations, churches, social groups, reunions, or bus tours. Reservations are not required but we request that larger groups notify the office in advance so ample tour guides are available to accommodate your group. By request the staff will greet your group dressed in Victorian or Colonial clothing. We are open year round, handicap accessible, have convenient parking for buses or large groups with picnic or dining areas available. The Museum is not open WEEKENDS during the winter months of November through April but tours on weekends are available by reservation for groups of five or more.
The museum has two event center areas available for reservation. For that outdoor event there is a covered outdoor picnic area capable of seating sixty. This would be a great location to enjoy a small birthday party or reunion during the summer. The picnic tables are handicap accessible and an adjoining open field allows ample addition space. The picnic area is also available to visitors during a tour to have a picnic lunch or to relax a few minutes and enjoy the scenery.
The Lodge is an indoor facility also available for reservations. This spacious room is decorated with antiques and memorabilia has a large fireplace, cozy socializing area and plenty of additional room for a dining area. The dining area can accommodate seating for fifty and buffet tables.
The picnic area and Lodge can be reserved with or without a tour. Both spaces are the perfect location for you next, reunion, party, social gathering or meeting regardless of the size of your group. If you request a tour with you reservation staff will be available to accompany your group through the museum.
